Ardmore is located on I-35, approximately halfway between Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
The First Baptist Church home is a 1,500-square-foot single-family home. The house is located at 315 Stanley SW, one block south of the church. First Baptist Church is located downtown at 225 First Ave SW. The home consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The house is completely furnished.
The household's large appliances include a washer, dryer, gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
The Church will cover the costs of electricity, gas, water, and sewer. You will be allowed to sign up for telephone and cable TV service.

(M) HOME AGREEMENT FORM
I. Purpose of the Home. The (m) home shall be a ministry of First Baptist Church for the primary purpose of providing Southern Baptist International M’s with a home while on Stateside Assignment (furlough). It is our prayer that this home will give a time of spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical refreshing.
II. Guidelines. Reservations for the home shall be made through the Administrative Pastor. A $200.00 deposit is required to secure the reservation and cover any property damage that might occur during occupancy. The security deposit will be refunded in full if the reservation cancellation is completed within six months of the occupancy date or after the occupancy ends. Within six months of occupancy, the deposit will be prorated. A “Compassionate Cancellation” clause will allow for a full refund, provided the Church agrees upon qualifying circumstances. Confirmation will be confirmed upon receipt of the agreement form and a $200.00 deposit. A confirmation letter will be sent via email.
a. Please take a moment to review our inventory list of furnishings upon arrival and before departure. Note any items that are worn out or missing. Please leave the home in readiness for the next (m) family. Please remove all personal items.
b. Please do not attach anything to the walls or paint without Committee approval.
c. FBC will provide regular lawn maintenance. We ask that you keep the yard neat and clean.
d. Please notify the Administrative Pastor of any needed repairs or maintenance work.
e. No pets are allowed.
f. Please use the mattress pads that are provided for all beds.
g. Although the contents of the house are insured under our property insurance, you are encouraged to check with an agent if you own items of significant value or have items that are special and irreplaceable.
i. If you plan to be away for a week or more (during the severe cold season, or for three or more days), please notify your designated contact person. This will help us look after the property. If we need to enter the house for repairs, we will always attempt to notify you before the authorized person enters.
j. This is a one-family house and is intended for a single family, but you are welcome to have guests at any time.
